So now we are round and Round the tree. We have shifted from tents to monuments and staked signs. The court order was to remove all objects by 2 oclock .

We pay our tax’s timely and we expect enforcement of the Laws and Bylaws.

Leaving this monument and signs is no different than a MLM,Corporation or sales group leaving advertisements and monuments in a park.

Is council setting another precedence with this .. symbol of defiance masked up as a gift .
Here is another example of a groups refusal to follow laws and Bylaws in the city .

Was this wirey erection approved by council or by permit?

If it is not we are back to square 1 in the inequality of enforced laws.

Leaving this structure is sending the loud and clear signal that it is ok to erect monuments on public parks for personal reasons.

What is the difference between this structure and another group or corporation dropping off a structure in a park.

Or why can’t anyone erect a statue of a long past parent or loved one in a park?

It is almost as if the city is promoting this behavior because they sure are not sending a clear signal for the rest of us.
